Project Ideas
Project Ideas
The project idea is what dictates the parameters of a particular project. This is because the project ideas provide you with the outline of the desired end result, thus shaping and limiting all the possible project plans that can possibly be used for that particular project. In the context of project management, however, project ideas could also refer to the many different approaches that one can use when organizing the schedule and execution of the objective. By taking into account the project ideas that outline the parameters of the objective as well as knowing all the possible approaches to managing that particular project, the project manager may better assess the most efficient means of going about completing their goals.
Project ideas can be complex or simple, depending on the desired result and the best approach. For example, certain project ideas require steps that are inextricable from each other, that may need tasks that must be completed simultaneously, or have tasks that need to be thoroughly completed before another one begins. Simpler project ideas are more linear and aren't as stringent – they can come in the form of checklist, and are chronological in nature.
