Project Control

Project control is the most primary objective of the project manager or anyone else who is working on project management. The inability to control the path of the project would most definitely send it to catastrophe and as such, it is essential that project management should have clear-cut plans for the individual tasks that make up the process of completing a particular objective. By envisioning the steps of the project from beginning to the end and ensuring that all tasks are completed and followed to the letter, the project manager gains project control and takes on the responsibility of the project execution's success or failure.

Preparing for certain scenarios is a means of having project control, and is therefore very important.
